Refund/Returns Policy
- No Refunds or Returns: We do not offer refunds on any of our bullion and coin products. The prices of these products are determined by fluctuations in the financial gold market, which are outside of our control. As such, all sales of gold/silver bullion and coins are considered final at the time of purchase.
Exemption Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Market Fluctuations: The goods we supply, including gold/silver bullion and coins, are directly affected by changes in the financial markets. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, products whose prices are subject to financial market fluctuations beyond the control of the trader are exempt from the usual right to cancel or return within 14 days. This regulation acknowledges that certain products, such as gold/silver bullion and coins, are highly sensitive to market changes and cannot be subject to standard return policies.

No Cooling-Off Period: As a result of this exemption, customers purchasing gold bullion and coins from The Jeweller London do not have the usual 14-day “cooling-off” period during which they can return goods for a refund. Once your purchase is confirmed and processed, it is final.
